About

I'm a licensed clinical social worker who believes in meeting people where they are. For families, that means practical guidance without judgment. For clinicians, that means evidence-based frameworks for the challenges we face today, including navigating AI in our work. I co-direct community education at The Ross Center, teach at Columbia, and write about the intersection of child mental health and technology.
