Metropolitan School District Partnership
Developed and implemented district-wide DBT skills curriculum for 25 middle schools. Trained 150 teachers and counselors. Created implementation guides and ongoing support structure.
National Education Association
Created Mental Health First Aid training program specifically for educators. Piloted in 10 states with 500 participants. Now available as continuing education course.
Digital Wellness Foundation
Co-developed AI ethics curriculum for high schools. Advised on mental health implications of technology use. Created teacher training and student discussion materials.

4. Implementation Support
Most projects include support during implementation: troubleshooting, adaptation guidance, additional training, or check-ins to ensure successful adoption.

We assess what worked, what didn't, and what needs refinement. The goal is sustainable programs that continue to serve your community well beyond our active collaboration.

Every program is grounded in research and proven therapeutic practices. If the evidence doesn't support it, we don't do it.

Programs must work in real settings with real constraints. Theory is important, but practicality determines success.

Programs should be adaptable for different communities and contexts. Cookie-cutter approaches rarely work well.

Teachers and counselors are experts in their settings. I bring clinical knowledge; they bring implementation wisdom. True collaboration values both.

Core resources should be freely available. Paid services support implementation, training, and customization, not access to foundational materials.
