Evidence-based interventions designed for real-world implementation and measurable outcomes
DBT Skills in Schools
I co-developed a comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy curriculum specifically adapted for middle and high school students. This program trains educators to teach core DBT skills—mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness—in classroom settings.
The curriculum includes complete lesson plans, student workbooks, teacher training modules, and implementation guides. We designed it to integrate seamlessly into existing wellness programs, advisory periods, or health classes without requiring clinical credentials from teaching staff.

Key outcomes: Post-program surveys show 82% of students report improved ability to manage difficult emotions, and teachers note decreased classroom disruptions and improved peer interactions. The program has been particularly effective in schools serving high-need populations.
What I contributed: Curriculum design, teacher training development, implementation strategy, ongoing consultation with school districts, outcome measurement frameworks.
AI Ethics & Mental Health Webinar Series
I created and delivered a 12-part webinar series examining the intersection of artificial intelligence, mental health, and human development. Topics included AI chatbots as therapy substitutes, algorithmic content curation and teen mental health, privacy concerns in mental health apps, and preparing young people for an AI-integrated world.
Each session combined research findings, clinical perspectives, and practical guidance for parents and educators. The series was designed to demystify AI technologies while providing concrete strategies for supporting healthy development in an increasingly automated landscape.

Free Monthly Parent Webinars
For the past three years, I've offered free monthly webinars covering the mental health challenges parents face when raising adolescents. Topics range from recognizing anxiety and depression to managing screen time, supporting LGBTQ+ youth, and navigating the college admissions process without sacrificing mental health.
These sessions are deliberately accessible—free, recorded, and offered at multiple times to accommodate different schedules. Each webinar includes research-backed strategies, real-world examples, and dedicated Q&A time.

Community impact: Parents report feeling less isolated, more informed, and better equipped to support their children. Many have formed peer support networks through these sessions.
School-Based Mental Health Consultation
I provide ongoing consultation to schools and districts looking to strengthen their mental health infrastructure. This work includes needs assessment, program design, staff training, implementation support, and outcome evaluation.
My approach emphasizes sustainable systems over one-time interventions. I help schools build internal capacity so that evidence-based practices become embedded in daily operations rather than dependent on outside experts.
